ROGARA Consulting Pty Ltd is an Adelaide based consultancy business. At ROGARA Consulting we look after the operational needs of diverse companies by offering a range of operational services.

The Managing Director, Robert Garaguso, has over 30 years experience in successfully managing numerous operations. The roles that Robert has been involved in have enabled him to accumulate a great wealth of expertise in implementing operational systems and procedures, manufacturing processes, supply chain management and establishing quality systems from project inception to completion. As well as managing projects at various stages of the project’s life, Rogara also provides bespoke business development and sales management services.

Robert was born and educated in Switzerland and moved to Australia in 2002. The values and principles accumulated during his years in Switzerland form the foundation for the passion and integrity which he personally gives to every assignment, be it a short or a long term one. This carries through to the teams that he works with to get the best outcome for the organisation.

Rogara has assisted multiple established and start-up companies. observing that the most valuable lessons and important experiences are found when things do not quite go to plan. These diverse experiences and learnings are most valuable when ensuring systems are in place and time is used as efficiently as possible increasing the output and profitability of the business.
